ADD LINE ITEMS

There are three places to add line items.

The line-item entry method you choose will depend on you preference, and the size and type of your estimate. In this scenario we will use the Sketch and the Estimate Items methods.

Bedroom 1 line items

For this room, we will use the Sketch interface to add our line items.

  1. Click Sketch.
  2. In the Search pane, click Search Price List – Training.
  3. To clean the walls and ceiling, type CLNAV in the Search box. Click Search.
  4. Select CLNAV Clean {V}, and click within Bedroom 1. Do not click directly on the room label or the line item will not be added to any subrooms.
  5. To paint the walls and ceiling, type PNTSP in the Search box. Click Search.
  6. Select PNTSP, and click within Bedroom 1.
