TRANSFER ESTIMATES AND SAVE DATA

Transfer an estimate from Xactimate desktop to Xactimate online

1. From the Control Centre or Projects tab, right click the estimate that you want to transfer, and click Send to Cloud. The estimate is transferred to the cloud, and can be retrieved when you connect to XactAnalysis.

Save data files on your computer

1. Click the Control Centre tab.
2. In the top right corner of the tab, click Data Transfer to open the Data Transfer window.
3. In the Transfer Type group, select Folder, and in the Action group, select Send.
4. In the To box, enter the location where you want to transfer the data.
5. Click Select Item(s).
6. In the menu on the left, select the type of item you want to transfer. In the menu on the right, select the specific items that you want to transfer.
7. Click Send.
8. After the data has been transferred, the Transfer Results dialog box opens. Click Save Log to save a copy of the transfer session, or click Close to exit.

Transfer data to another user via XactAnalysis

1. Click the Control Centre tab.
2. In the top right corner of the tab, click Data Transfer.
3. In the Transfer Type group select XactAnalysis, and in the Action group select Send data via XactAnalysis.
4. In the To box, enter the XactNet address of the user that you want to send the data to.
5. Click Select Item(s).
6. In the menu on the left, select the type of item you want to transfer. In the menu on the right, select the specific items that you want to transfer.
7. Click Send.
8. After the data has been transferred, the Transfer Results dialog box opens. Click Save Log to save a copy of the transfer session, or click Close to exit.
