LABOUR MINIMUMS

Xactimate now uses a labour minimums module instead of base service charges. This new module helps you easily and accurately account for labor costs on all job sizes. For more on Labor minimums, please visit www.xactware.com.

Apply labour minimum details for a line item

1. On the Estimate Items tab, click Labour Minimums. Labor minimums associated with the line items in your estimate are displayed.
2. To apply labour minimums, select Apply?.
3. You can also adjust the Base Amount by double-clicking the Base Amount value and typing a new value.

Apply labour minimums as a default for all estimates

1. On the Control Centre tab, click Preferences.
2. In the settings list, select Profile.
3. Select a Profile and a User. The default settings will be applied for this user and profile only.
4. In the Price List group, select Apply Labour Minimums.
