Download

1. On the Control tab, click Connect.
2. After the connection is complete, the XactAnalysis Connection window will display: Status Send/Receive Complete.
3. Click Done.
4. On the XactAnalysis Communications pane, click Inbox.
5. Click Assignments/Projects.
6. In the Inbox, select , and click Accept to send them to the Projects list.
   

Request from XactAnalysis

1. On the XactAnalysis Communications pane, click Inbox.
2. Click Assignments/Projects.
3. Click Request Assg. to open the Request Data from XactAnalysis window.
4. Select a profile and data type. A dialog box will appear.
5. Enter the associated with the data that you are requesting, and click OK.
6. Click Send now.
7. After the connection is complete, the XactAnalysis Connection window will display: Status Send/Receive Complete.
8. Click Done.
9. In the XactAnalysis Communications pane Inbox, select the downloaded and click Accept.

Receive data from another Xactimate user

1. On the Control tab, click the Connect button.
2. After the connection is complete, the XactAnalysis Connection window will display: Status Send/Receive Complete.
3. Click Done.
4. On the XactAnalysis Communications pane, click Inbox.
5. Select the folder containing the received data.
6. Select the data, and click Accept.
