SKETCH VIEW SETTINGS

The Sketch Workspace can be adjusted to fit your needs. This topic covers some common adjustments. For a full list, visit Sketch Quick Reference. The controls for your sketch workspace are located in the bottom left  corner of the Sketch Workspace.

Zoom

Along with zooming in and out, you can also zoom in to view your sketch as a whole or to view a specific room.

• Zoom to Extents : Zooms to display your sketch as a whole.
• Zoom to Selection : Zooms to display the selected object.

View options

• Click View to turn on or off different aspects of the Sketch Workspace such as labels, measurements, or framing.

View Legend and change its direction

To view the legend on your sketch workspace:

1. Click View.
2. Select Legend.

To change the direction of the legend arrow

1. Right-click a blank area on the Sketch Workspace.
2. Select View Properties.
3. Click the Legend tab.
4. Click and drag the slider to adjust the direction of the arrow.

Change font size on the Sketch Workspace

1. Right-click a blank area on the Sketch Workspace.
2. Select View Properties.
3. In the Text group, enter a new font size for labels and measurements.
